Access to NexTrade Elite indicators is provided on a subscription basis (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly). Subscriptions grant a limited, non-transferable license to use our tools on the TradingView platform. Sharing account credentials or reverse-engineering our scripts will result in immediate termination without refund.
Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery of intellectual property (source access/indicators), we operate a Strict No-Refund Policy. We encourage users to review our verified results and public documentation before purchasing.
NexTrade and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental losses resulting from the use or inability to use our signals. You trade at your own risk and discretion.
